Often, yes. The rotted section gets cut out and new steel welded in, squared to the other side, then rustproofed. If yours can't be saved safely, we'll tell you.

Is it worth fixing instead of buying another truck?
That depends on the truck. You get the price before any work starts, so you can decide with real numbers.
